Our Student Teacher, Arturo Torres, had the wonderful opportunity tp attend Berklee Collage of Music’s 5-week Summer Program. He participated in multiple ensembles that varied in genres from Funk Fusion to Rock showcasing his multi-instrumentalism. He Almohad the opportunity to study under Berklee Staff and advance his musicianship.

The Coffee Butler Music Scholarship has been awarded to two deserving graduating Key West High School students who have served as Student Teachers at BVMP for many years. Arturo Torres and Sophia Da Silva have gone above and beyond what they’ve been asked. They show hard work, determination, and both have a sincere passion for music. They both are a shinning example of the Legacy left behind for Coffee Butler.
