“House of Pan” Steel Pan Band
We are so proud to announce our outreach classes at Horace O’Bryant School have been a great success! “House of Pan” Steel Pan Band with the renowned Nora Revelin had a great inaugural season during the 2016-2017 school year and classes will begin again in September 2019 and continue through May thanks to the United Way!
Key’s Kids, Jr.
Thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation of the Florida Keys, Bahama Village Music Program will continue to sponsor “Key’s Kids, Jr.” also at Horace O’Bryant school! Led by the incomparable Nancy 3 Hoffman and assisted by Horace O’ Bryant School Staff Members, and Penny Leto this musical theater program has been a big hit already with 101 Dalmations, Bye Bye Birdie and Mary Poppins!
Dance Key West
We are excited to continue our partnership with Dance Key West! Tuesday afternoons this fall at BVMP students will learn dance techniques and styles with the incomparable Kristen!
Ensemble Classes
Popular ensemble classes will continue this year, including the Joyful Voices Choir, Older Voices Choir and Ukulele Orchestra, Suzuki Strings, Music Theory, and School of Rock. And of course, over 120 students get individual lessons each week with our dedicated student teachers. Stay tuned for more classes coming later this fall!
